Sales Support Specialist

This position, located in Milpitas, California, coordinates regional sales efforts and provides operational support to the sales function. The Sales Support Specialist acts as a first point of contact for sales enquiries. The position reports to the Director, Global Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

1. Manage order fulfillment process, RFQ, demand forecasting and channel sell through activities
2. Oversee a network of external Reps, pursue status and follow up actions of design opportunities
3. Support the design registration process, provide details for Rep commission payment and rebate programs
4. Additional duties as assigned to support the Sales and Sales Operations organization.

Qualifications/Experience

1. At least 5 years in a similar customer facing and support role.
2. Good knowledge of Oracle and PC applications.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, team player, good organizational skills.
